Terms and Conditions

JSW Paints - Token:

1. The JSW Paints Painter Token (“Token”) conducted by JSW Paints Private Limited (“JSW Paints”) is open for all the painters (“Painters”) who are Indian nationals above 18 years of age and buy JSW Paints products covered under this scheme from authorised JSW Paints Private Limited Retailers (“Retailers”).
2. The Scheme is valid through Retailers having their stores Pan India.
3. Painter can redeem the token value at Retailer’s store subjected to retailer’s willingness and JSW Paints has no role to play in the transaction between the painter and the retailer. Painter token is mostly applicable on bulk packs i.e. 10 litre and 20 litre packs of the products, applicable as per time to time and scan the QR code using Scanner App with the help of the JSW Paints authorized retailers only.
4. This token is non-transferable and Painter can’t assign/transfer same.
5. Only JSW Paints authorized Retailers will be entitled to extend and redeem the token to painters. It is also subject to their willingness to redeem it. Painter needs to co-operate and provide the OTP code, active mobile number and other details as may be necessary for redemption.
6. JSW Paints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, tokens and all aspects thereof (including the terms and conditions), with or without prior notice.
7. Unless Painter has already informed not to send marketing communication, he/she may receive marketing communications from JSW Paints as a result of participating in availing the benefit of token. Availing the token reward shall be deemed as automatic route consent for subscription to the promotion SMS and whatsapp messages from JSW Paints
8. All entries to the token become the property of JSW Paints and JSW Paints may use the Painter’s names, addresses, numbers, photographs and other willingly provided information for promotional and marketing purposes.
9. Decision of JSW Paints on all aspects of the token shall be final and binding.
10. Availing in the token reward implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions as mentioned above and introduced from time to time, without particular intimation or notice.
11. This tokens shall be subject to the prevailing statutory laws of India (including applicable tax laws). Any dispute arising out of this promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
